PLM & ERP
Market Study, Analysis, Selection support, implementation, optimization, Business-IT alignment
- Requirements capturing together with the business to define the PLM / ERP solution outline.
- Coordination of the business functional specification for the PLM / ERP solution
- Liaison with the PLM / ERP software provider, its architects and consultants
- Consulting and/or direct leading of the customization and operative deployment of the PLM / ERP solution within the company, including training

Supply Chain Management
Strategic supply chain setup, risk reduction, re-sourcing and relocation. Suppliers qualification, management and development programs. Operative support.
- Development and implementation of a strategic and tactical supply chain concept.
- Support by the selection, management and performance measurement of the supply chain, including setup of dedicated internal and external metrics.
- Suppliers contractors and subcontractors auditing including desktop screening, remote audits live and non-live (including the setup of those aspects that might be relevant in a regulated environment) and on-site audits.

Airworthiness
Initial Airworthiness tasks (Office of Airworthiness) and Continued Airworthiness tasks (CAMO)
